Speed Up Your Calls with a Georgia Relay Customer Profile
Georgia Relay users can establish a personal profile that will let the Communications Assistant (CA) automatically know their communications preferences, including:
- Preferred Relay calling option, such as TTY or VCO
- Preferred language (English or Spanish)
- Frequently dialed numbers
- And more
Having a Customer Profile will ensure that all the Relay calls you make and receive are as individual as you are. All information you provide is kept confidential, and a password is required to access or edit your Customer Profile.
