Georgia Relay users can establish a personal profile that will let the Communication Assistant (CA) automatically know their communications preferences, including:

  • Preferred Relay calling option, such as TTY or VCO
  • Preferred language (English or Spanish)
  • Frequently dialed numbers
  • And more

Having a Customer Profile will ensure that all the Relay calls you make and receive are as individual as you are. All information you provide is kept confidential, and a password is required to access or edit your Customer Profile.
